My 12 beliefs

What I believe in

These are the values and ideas that guide my work – the way I teach, mentor, and live.
They grew naturally over 21 years of building Nina English®, learning from hundreds of women, and walking my own path toward more freedom, clarity and peace.

1️⃣ I believe in emotional honesty

Feelings are part of life and work. I help women understand them and move forward instead of getting stuck in them.

2️⃣ I believe language gives you confidence

Language is not only grammar and words. It’s how you connect, express yourself and feel strong in who you are.

3️⃣ I believe in keeping things simple

There is always an easier way. I help women find what really matters and let go of what doesn’t.

4️⃣ I believe strength can be gentle

You can be kind and still have boundaries. You can be calm and still lead.

5️⃣ I believe people need real connection

We don’t need to look perfect or act confident all the time. Real conversations help us grow more than pretending.

6️⃣ I believe experience matters

21 years in I still teach. I still coach. I still run my own business. Everything I share comes from practice, not theory.

7️⃣ I believe structure gives you peace

Clear systems and limits make space for freedom, rest and creativity.

8️⃣ I believe in being whole

I am a teacher, coach, mentor, mother and creative person. I bring all of this into my work and I help you see your wholeness.

9️⃣ I believe in using both intuition and reason

I trust my feelings and my logic. I teach women to listen to both.

🔟 I believe professionalism can be human

You can be organised and warm at the same time. You can care deeply and still run a solid business.

1️⃣1️⃣ I believe visibility should feel natural

I don’t perform online, I share what’s real. I teach women to show up as they are and speak honestly.

1️⃣2️⃣ I believe in independence

My goal is for women to feel strong and capable in their work and life. I don’t want them to depend on me, I want them to trust themselves.
