About Nina

I’m a holistic business and language coach for women, with 22 years of experience in entrepreneurship and education. I help women in the language teaching world grow profitable, sustainable businesses without losing the joy that made them start teaching in the first place.

English has been my heart language for over 40 years. As a little girl in Brno, I would dance in my living room to Beatles records, pretending to sing in English. That spark never left.

I started teaching independently right after uni, in 2004, and in 2009, I stepped away from traditional coursebooks and launched my own experiential English courses –⁠ creative, collaborative learning experiences designed with fellow teachers and guest experts.

Over the years, I’ve taught 1:1, built group programs, and developed a unique methodology that blends language coaching, experiential learning, and a deep understanding of how women learn best.

Since 2019, I’ve also been officially mentoring freelance language teachers and teacherpreneurs, helping them redesign their offers, raise their prices without guilt, and step fully into their value. My approach combines clear business strategy with deep, intuitive coaching, so my clients leave with both a plan and the inner confidence to follow through.

Today, I run Nina English® –⁠ offering coaching, mentoring, consulting, workshops, and tailor-made courses for individuals, companies, and institutions. I also host the Club For Successful Languagepreneurs and founded the Language Teachers Festival, an annual international gathering in Brno, CZ for women in our industry.
